Husband and wife team Matt and Corrinna Stum moved to Maine from the Midwest in recent years in pursuit of the culinary adventures promised by open seas, local farms, and national accolades. Matt and Corrinna Stum opened Ruby’s West End in Portland in 2021 with aspirations to bring communities together over non-traditional brunch and community events. Dear friend and talented chef Aaron Hansen joined the Stums in late Summer 2022 to take part in a Midcoast restaurant quest.
Together, we look forward to serve the Town of Wiscasset and Midcoast diners, support our local producers, and get to know each of you by name. We look forward to serving you!
